No. We are a team. Although that was the last shot of the day, we did not blame him at all, every single person on the field gave their balls to the wall in that last quarter...
Yes that was a big opportunity but to place blame solely on him is not fair, he played great, we all did.

If I can do it anyone can do it. Have found guys get really emo about cutting though so be prepared for a mental adjustment, I was really moody for a good 3-4 weeks when I first started, now Im just a bitch part of the time

I do and don't support the total caloric intake theory, I think the type of food and the timing you have it does play a big part. ie personally having a big meal that is high in calories right before I go to sleep doesn't make a lot of sense to me if Im not going to use that energy, and I'm not just referring to IF I'm talking including them as your total calories for the day. Is why you see so many threads on here "I stick within my cals and I haven't lost any fat in 3 months".
"Clean" eating majority of the time plus cheat meal per week works for me. It's just eating in moderation.. it's really a no-brainer.

94kg class was actually pretty sweet. Was expecting a bunch of fatties, but that wasn't the case.
85kg was phucking rad though, so intense. 4 lifters bombing out including the favourite, injuries, jury decisions, the works.
I swear, those kunts and the 77kg division must absolutely clean up around the Olympic village, aesthetic as fuuuuuaaark (strong no homo).

you need to look at your energy intake in the long term not simply day by day. we burn and also gain fat daily, its what happens in the long run that determines it all.
not eating after a certain time of the day is about as broscience as you can get and it shouldn't be a factor with the knowledge that is available now
just don't get your calories from completely crap sources 24/7 and you're all good
edit: for a female i would agree getting your foods from clean sources would be good only because that's alot more satiating. and overall you're eating less food so that can be better to get adequate nutrientsLast edited by mmaoz; 08-05-2012 at 05:10 AM.

Went to Hilltop Hoods concert yesterday and ****ed up my left shoulder from moshing and general douchebaggery. Dont see how im going to be able to do any upperbody work at all with the way it is now. Going to start some joint support supps to se if it will help

Been having this as my second dinner. Pretty fcuking nice.
1 chicken breast
1/2 avocado
1 cup mixed frozen vegetables
1tbs Sweet chilli sauce
Smoked paprika
Cook chicken with paprika. Microwave vegetables. Mash 1/2 avocado with 1tbs of sweet chilli sauce.
Combine. Enjoy your mouth orgasm.
