Just found out Ex girlfriend hanged herself. PLZ help me.

I saw her a month ago in a parking lot and called her a fat ugly ****. I just found out she hanged herself two days ago.

Anyway, coping with the death of a loved one can be really hard, but you should definitely be open about your feelings. Keeping everything locked inside will simply result in a mental breakdown at some point. Talk to her family, your family, mutual friends, etc. Just dont blame yourself for it. I find it hard to believe that a single comment like that can be the reason for this happening. Seems like she might have had other issues.

Poor girl she probably didn't have anyone she could count on or anyone who made a difference in her life. Imagine being depressed as fuk and then out of nowhere instead of your ex being cordial to you and just saying "hey whats up" you get "You're a fat ugly ****"

It probably has nothing to do with you op but sometimes its hard to know when people are in dark places in their life so its better to be kind rather than to be mean regardless of the past. Sorry for your loss.
