I started lifting fifteen months ago. I had no idea what I was doing as far as training and dieting, but received a lot of help from my older brother. I started lifting because I wanted to be proud of my body, and I was pretty pessimistic about life. Found some information on the internet and have bought a fair number of books to help guide me in the right direction for training, nutrition, and recovery. I started out at 180lb chubby. Virtually no muscle mass except for a slight bit in my legs from tennis and skateboarding years prior. Got down to 147 at my leanest, but I realized that with my weight, all my size dropped. So I've been steadily bulking for a while and I'm up to 180lb's and a lot more lean and muscular than before.
Rate my transformation? I know there's only one after picture, just took a quick one at the end of a workout a few days ago.
