Help/Suggestion on which way to go

I recently started working out again after not for the past few years. I have been back at it for about 4 months. I lost a lot of muscle and gained a fat around my stomach. I want to gain more muscle, but also want to cut fat. Should i bulk or cut?

Also any areas i need to focus on first?

    Thanks for any help offered

I would bulk, but that is just me. I am in the same situation man. I haven't lifted in over a year and a half. I have only been at it 2 months. I posted a thread recently about it too. My bf% is high, but I am focusing on pure strength right now I think. I know I need to cut, but I want to get most of my strength back before I continue with any other type of training. Your bodyfat% looks low enough that a clean bulk seems like a good option. Congrats to lifting again!
    Don't give up hope.
