July 2011 260 pounds
May 2012 210 pounds
Thoughts? I thought 50 pounds would look like a lot more. But I guess it doesn't since it's coming off my whole body not just torso/stomach areas.

Pay attention to your shoulders, arms, and chest. You have lost a lot there and probably more in your stomach than it looks. Visceral fat can be lost without noticing it externally. Hang in there as it will come off. Im still trying to cut my stomach and it seems everything else wants to go but that. But you've already went more than 1/2 way Im sure. Give yourself some credit and dont give up.

To be completely honest I lifted from July up until November a solid 3-4 times a week with a 20 min LISS session after most workouts. From the beginning of November until the beginning of February I got inconsistent with the lifting and once February hit I didn't lift up until May started. I just got lazy and lacked motivation. I still kept my calories down throughout the whole time period and lost the last 10 pounds since February or somewhere around there. I feel my motivation level has risen back to what it was when I lifted for a good 4 months straight, so I'm feeling pretty good about this summer! I'm also graduating from high school in 2 weeks !

My diet from juky to nov consisted of lean meat, some protein supps, lots of broccoli, eggs, brown rice. I used a lot if the iifym concept. If i ate out at fast food (hard not to during school with friends going out) it was mostly chicken tenders/sandwiches. The last 3 months or so though didnt count just ate whatever when i wanted and still lost. I learned how to control hunger, or what i thought was hunger which was really just eating because i like eating/ taste of foods.

Great job!! cut back on the rice and bread. lots of carbs there. chicken tenders have breading on them as well. When i go to McDonalds or someplace like that i will either get a grilled chicken sandwich and toss the bread or I will just get the grilled chicken salad. I see great progress in the arms and upper chest areas. Don't give up. I hope this helps.
Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery but today is a gift... that's why it's called the present.
