Right so ive been bulking for around 1.5/2months now hitting around 3000 Calories a day
I have been doing high intensity cardio once a week probably for around 10/15 minutes
but not every week, probably for around 3/4 weeks i did the high intensity cardio.
if i tense my stomach obv you cannot see a clear 6 pack, but my stomach bulges out a little so i look fat?
do i need more cadio and is this due to gaining too much body fat?
when i tall straight it obv doesnt bulge out as much, but i have obv gained a little bit of a gut
my bf when i checked about 2 weeks ago was 8%
height around 5 ft 9
Weight - approx 174 Pounds/Almost 12 stone
