    I want to build massive triceps.

    My biceps are doing good, but I can't get my triceps to grow a whole lot. Any suggestions? I usually only do bench for triceps, sometimes extensions. Wish I would have built my triceps more through my 8mo. Bodybuilding journey thus far. Not the stupid useless ego muscle biceps. Lol.

    Here's what I do on chest/arms day:

    Incline DB
    Incline BB
    Flat BB
    Tricep Pushdowns
    Tricep Kickbacks
    DB Curls
    BB Curls

    My triceps are growing. I would just increase volume and frequency and experiment man. Always remember to progressively overload.

    My favorite triceps exercise is skullcrushers 8-10 reps, and immediately continuing to use the same bar/weight to do close grip bench 12-15 reps.

    Weighted Dips FTW. I do about 5 sets of 12 reps using 70lbs. when i started 2 months ago i was barely doing 3 sets of 12 reps w/ 45lbs. Ive found great strength, size, and tone doing these. Also it works your chest for an extra +. Skullcrushers are great too, but i personally just go all out with dips
