    Is drinking Protein shake without working out bad?

    I am 5'5" and only 110lb, Im really skinny,
    Now, I want to gain more weight and then start working out to get rip,

    Is drinking Protein shake without working out bad?

    Is drinking protein shake before bed without working out bad?

    If you have any suggestion, please let me know,

    Depends on the shake..

    If you're drinking a shake with 300+ calories and not working out, all those calories are going straight to fat on your body.

    If you take in too many calories without lifting you will get fat.

    Soo...pretty much exactly what I assumed he was thinking.

    Don't drink protein shakes and try and bulk without lifting..getting fat is not what you want to do.

    Drink shakes, eat a lot of calories and most importantly WORK OUT.

    If you get fat and try and cut you will be right back where you started..skinny with no muscle.

    Eat a lot and lift heavy.

    You could take a gainer. 2 DL of star nutrition gainer pro is roughly 450 kcal.
