Okay, so I weighed myself in the morning 3 days ago and I weighed 169.2 lbs..... I did take 2 days off, one of which included morning and evening cardio sessions.... yesterday I didn't perform any exercise. I will admitt that last night and this morning I did crash and ate a little more sugary foods than I should have (Ice cream and cake). I basically wanted to fill up on carbs being that I wasn't eating many of them in the past week or so. I weighed myself tonight and im at 180!??!?!
Please tell me this is water retention.....

Probably more than 2000. Real easy to go over 2k with ice cream and cake.
Changes in carb intake will change your water weight, as will changes in calories. Not uncommon to see a 6 lbs change between cutting and bulking. Ten seems excessive, though I suppose the couple pounds extra could be from undigested food/bloating.

This is right on. This is why you should not weigh yourself obsessively. Scale weight changes with the ****ing wind. If I get an excess of sodium or carbs one day my weight will skyrocket because of water retention. When you stabilize your diet again, you will likely piss out that 10 pounds. Don't let it demotivate you.

Most likely water weight. Eat around 1700-1800 calories for the next few days and u will be back to normal. Don't stress about it bro it happens to the best of us. During wrestling I used to gain 10+ pounds the night after weigh ins. I would eat normally the rest of the week and be right back down to weight.
How's your burger, bro?

The same type of thing has happened to me the last two weekends. I gain 7-8lbs over the weekend. Sat & Sun are my off days. Plus I generally eat more on those days. No big deal as it levels itself back out in 2-3 days. Heck from this morning to tonight I lost 7 lbs. I don't mind it now as I need the food and energy. Because by Friday night on the cut I am spent.

Well I am at 1850 cals right now... macros are spot on.... i will admit that I had half a cup of ice cream.... had to try gmas homemade stuff (Although she did show me the ingredients and it wasn't a huge hit! 10gs of sugar and only 110 cals with 5gs of fat!) I couldn't stop pissing today lol... I am down already to 177....

General guideline for a cut: Don't get obsessed with the scale. You'll go insane.
Weigh yourself in the morning (right when you wake up) every so often. I did it about every week and a half. You can tell if you are gaining or losing weight with the scale just by how you feel and look; don't worship them.
