    Progress + bf estimate..

I posted in the Post Your Pics forum too, but I wanted to get some opinions from you guys as well.

I finally hit 100 pounds lost this past weekend, starting at 285lbs, and finally made my way down to 185. I think I still need to lose another 15-20lbs before I start a lean bulk. I know the lighting is a bit drastic, but it's the best I had.

What's your guys opinion on my bf%? I see myself as between 14-16. And how much more do you think I realistically still need to lose before I start the next step in my transformation?

    Nice work!!!

I would say around 14%. I'd say 10-12 more lbs gets you to single digits BF and then you can decide from there.

Be consistent with cardio, act like me, I skip it EVERYDAY!

Can one weekend of bad eating really ruin a week of dieting? Well, can one quick trip to Vegas ruin 2 months of saving? Same thing basically.

Yeah, I think 12%. Lots of lean mass there to pull the percentage up.

Wow! That low huh? I'm ecstatic to hear that, I don't think 10% is too far off now.

Thanks everyone for the comments, I'll definitely be throwing around some reps here.

It's been a long process. I started consciously trying to lose weight about 3 years ago, but didn't do it properly, ie. learning what to do on my own. I had a friend who is in incredible shape, tell me what to eat and how to workout. I ended slipping up a lot, went off my diet and due to some injuries stopped working out. So I think total, I've probably really been at it for a year and some change. This is the first time i've been below 190 though and i'm loving it.

    I'd put you at 12%.

Really strong muscle base there - gonna look sick with another 2-3% bodyfat loss. You know you've got strong abs when you've got clarity like that above 10%.

Thanks! I feel like the times I went off my diet but kept working out contributed because, in a way, it was a mini bulk. Depending on how long I strayed for of course.

I'll rep on recharge. I'm out at the moment.
