Left Shoulder RC, Feel like killing myself Please help...

Hello Fellas,
I tore my left shoulder RC during a jujitsu session on Friday, now I can't workout or box and I'm sitting at home like a vegetable. I'm not feeling well at all not just cus of the pain but the pain of sitting at home.
Can someone please help me, Is there anyone who can tell me how to speed up my recovery I wanna get back to the gym ASAP. Please help.

shoulder injuries take time...lots of it, unfortunately
