I hear you should do it once a month for each muscle, otherwise it's no good for your CNS. Is this broscience?

How often should you do drop sets?
If you want a lot more size, you can do them for every big exercise after your low rep strength sets. Eg 5 3 1 Boring But Big.
Just who did you hear saying this?
And if you only do something once a month, just how is is going to make you swole? Eagerly awaiting the HIT police.Beginners:

Unless it is obvious to anyone who isn't blind that you lift weights, you might still benefit from a little more attention to big basic barbell exercises for enough reps:).
