The little champ has to get Tubes put into his ears ****. Anyone ever need it for their kids?

How's your health and lifting progress?

So so. I lost 15lbs (actually a lot more fat, but I put on muscle), but I'm going back on prednisone which will cause me to put on 20ish pounds of water weight if history is an indicator. Which sucks cause all that work. On a positive note, its still better than being 20lbs heavier than I was. So it all works out in the end. I'm gonna try a low sodium diet, people on the internet say it helps with the water gains from the drug.

Not sure about how much it undermines someone tbh. Maybe this is modern culture but so many people have affairs that to me, it doesn't seem that much of a suprise or a disappointment to find out that someone had an affair. Affairs have become more of a norm than an exception. There's a saying that on the ground in London you are never more than 5m away from a rat...in the same way, you are probably never more than 150m away from someone who's having/had an affair.

Having said that society is hypocritical and fickle, brb judging someone for having an affair when it happens all the time (we all know a friend/colleague/relative/neighbour who's had an affair...or you might have had one yourself). Yet someone like Berlusconi could get away with personal indiscretions and even become popular/characterised by a sexually devious image.

Affair or no affair, they still accomplished what they did and they can still be admired for it (unless you admired someone for being faithful LOL).


I personally don't see why someone has to resign from a job because of an affair especially when success at the job has NOTHING to do with faithfulness.

doitphaggot. Certainly won't harm you if to reduce sodium as long as you don't try to completely eliminate it lol. Maybe cut down on dairy + whey supplements too if being bloated bothers you a lot.
