    SO, hi guys, i'm new to this forum, actually my first time to post a thread but i've been reading here alot
    so my question is as follows
    i'm a male, 5 feet 7 inches, 152 pound with bf% around 23% and a little chubby
    i've been hitting the gym around 3 months 5 days a week, my coach told me not to do any cardio so i did what he said, and still didn't get the body that i wanted, which is kinda a flat stomach with min fat on the sides, i gained some muscles though
    So, i decided to do insanity, which i heard can get you the results you want
    my question is, is it possible to get from 23% body fat to 15 from insanity, and if yes, how long does it take, i know it depends on me, but what i'm asking is estimated time to check if i'm going on the right track or not

    You don't need to do cardio to lose weight. You lose weight by being in a calorific deficit.

    Read some of the stickies and calculate your daily energy expenditure and set your macronutrient goals accordingly. Get yourself on a proven starting weightlifting programme - not insanity.
