MMs account should not be reset.
He actually followed the rules (in a way), what he did is frowned upon but I see no reason why he should have his reps removed...

Mods should have a black and white rule regarding reps.
To be honest I think the regulation over reps is just wasting valuable time and energy that can be spelt elsewhere.
Bring back rep betting, bring back REP TRADING and other mundane sh*t that nobody will actually take too seriously.
The more you forbid it, the more people will do it.

Also we aren't allowed username changes anymore because it confuses the admins on who is who for legal reasons and other reasons. I remember a mod or admin posting this. But give a different user an account doesn't confuse things?
