Hi , Im 16 Years Old and im 6,1ft for 181pounds . I would like to Gain alot of muscular mass to reach at least 195 pounds but i dont want to gain alot of fat. I would like to keep a bit of my abs .
i Go to the gym about 4 to 5 times a week and workout all muscles . Here is an example of my workout.
Day 1 : Chest-Biceps
Day 2 : Shoulders
Day 3 : Back-Triceps
Day 4 : Legs
At the end of each day i workout my abs ( About 2-3 exercices ) . I eat about 3 Meals a day with 4-5 snacks and i take supplements such as Weight Gainer and BCAA. I Take 2 scoops of Gainer in the morning , 2 scoops at lunch and 4 scoops after workout. I also take 2scoops of BCAA during training.
I would like to know what do you guys think of my new routine and if theres any suggestion about new supplements i should take or whatever .. I will be really happy to know. Thx

You can but it's not necessary. Some people feel they can't hit their triceps as hard after doing chest.
Anyways it's all what you personally prefer.
I think if you switch leg day with shoulder day, then you can do another arm exercise on shoulder day since your upper body gets rested more.
As far as your routine, if you stick to the main compound exercises and you eat good then you'll grow. Just rely on real meals over supplements but using both is good.
