I wonder how many people know that Ian does a 5 day, high volume bro split, has post workout shakes, and eats pretty much completely clean. He pretty rarely follows the advice he gives because of his personal preference, which I find pretty hilarious because bashing his physique says absolutely nothing about his advice.

But watching his form in that vid speaks volumes. Why would I listen to a single word (I have not listened to a word from him yet - mute, lulz) his arrogant ass has to say after seeing he doesn't even research and apply good form. Tell him to move the seat up on those "pec deck" flies for starters.
