FUARRRKKKk. I still hate this fa'g for critiquing the Hodgetwins when he is about 3x weaker than them.. I mean look at this...
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LZjZx...feature=relmfu
Big 200lb f`ucker can't even dumbbell press 40lb correctly and can't even do much reps nor sets.
Oh nooo, he can't use a f`ucking regular non stabilized assisted bench press and instead has to use that ga'y assisted squat rack machine to do some Bench Pressing..
I don't like bashing on people, but he likes bragging about sh`it and giving stupid advice and criticizing other people so............ THERE WE GO. <3

In all honestly, i believe all the youtube channels give amazing advice, and i agree some of them give bad advice as well( i won't name which ones).
Anyways i do believe that you don't have to eat 100 percent clean to get results.
i mean if there is chips around the house or cookies, or whatever i will eat it. I won't eat because i am worried about getting fat.
All i simply do is count the calories, hit my macro and micro nutrient goals for the day, get some fiber in meal, get some vegetables, hit the gym( make sure i am progressively overloading my muscles)
And call it a day.
Currently 5'9 180lbs 9 percent body fat.
For supper i had a single chessburger, double chessburger, coke, fries, onion rings.
I am 18 years old, i am going to enjoy life, have fun, eat some junk food every now and then and don't worry about it.
Everything is fine in moderation guys.

I don't see your point. I said he should stop trying to look big, not that I am huge myself. I also said that I will not be referring to his strength as stated in the OP's op. I'm sorry you got all butthurt Mr. Groupie, but I was just contributing my opinion.
Also, I've always been very humble about my lifts as I know they are not the greatest. However I think they are a decent ratio to my body weight (depending on who's looking) and also considering that I am recovering from a rotator cuff injury. No real goal in terms of physique

-Physique sucks.
-Cites others research to prove his point that has other research that disproves that point.
-Is not open to trying any advice others give that he doesn't believe in.
Overall, he doesn't even look like he lifts yet acts as though he is the walking encyclopedia of bodybuilding science.

I wonder how many people know that Ian does a 5 day, high volume bro split, has post workout shakes, and eats pretty much completely clean. He pretty rarely follows the advice he gives because of his personal preference, which I find pretty hilarious because bashing his physique says absolutely nothing about his advice.

I hate to do this, in that I feel like I'm somewhat giving props to Ian and swallowing my pride, BUT you're right. It's about 50/50 as far as what advice I believe in that he gives, yet that's with everyone, even the Hodgetwins. Which is why I stop by every now and then and watch what he has to say because some of it can be good , at times. Pretty obvious that he strongly ignores his own advice and I have to laugh at some of the meals he posts up, lol. Hodgetwins are mostly just personality and funny to watch. If you like fitness channels and want a good one to check out sometime, I recommend going and checking out strengthcamp. Elliot Hulse is a beast.

Lmao. I wonder if Ian does this on purpose? Put up a ton of advice, then follow none of it. If people think you are big, they will listen to you because you are big. If people think you are do you even lift mode, you can point out that you don't actually follow the advice you put up because it's not what you prefer to do. It's a genius strategy really.

If you are familiar with ice1cube I always thought he was an incredibly humble guy before he disappeared off the face of the internet. Had a really good mindset to go at things. His buddy Hanh (hanhchampion) is the complete opposite almost. If you read the comments he leaves to his viewers you can tell he's pretty arrogant lol

Hopefully he'll start taking his advice soon. Especially since he's coming out with his own pre-workout product and launching the NoBull****Bodybuilding brand. I thought it was actually kind of cool how he got Alan Aragon on his show and that will work in his favor greatly, but he could increase his marketability by "looking the part" to get more people on board with his ideas.
