Started lifting at the beginning of last february..off and on...have started getting very serious about it and have been seeing some great noob gains... I started at 315, weighed in last tuesday at 289.6 ....my strength has gone up exponentially...Started out with two 10's on the bench (65 pounds......................) ................ Just now hit 135 three times. Probably coulda done more if my buddy spotted me.. I feel GREAT and just feel the need to post on here and let everyone know that if my weak ass can get my gains like this (whether noob gains or not) so can you guys. Im dedicated, you all can do this **** as well. Hopefully you guys get some sort of..motivation or...inspiration if your not feeling like working out today from this..go out there and reap the rewards yourself! I know that im still weak as ****...but feelsgoodman to be able to throw up something that atleast looks mildly heavy...instead of some pussy 10's.

i love seeing progress in the gym too! about 12 weeks or so ago, i would doing dumbbell bench press with 35 and 40 lb dumbbells at 6-8 reps. i'm now doing them with 70's and 75's for 8-10 reps. its an incredible feeling when strength goes up in such a short amount of time.
mind you, i feel as though its getting much more difficult to progressively lift heavier weights at the same rate. although its slowing down, i still feel stronger each week, and its one of the top motivators which gets me to the gym. same thing with lat pulldowns, for some reason my strength on that machine has sky rocketed in such a short period of time!
