That's ****ing good for 165lbs.
How your muscles actually look plays the biggest roll. I have friends that are 6'1 180lbs (with the same bf% as me) and they look like **** compared to me (srs, if you're genetically gifted with amazing insertions you don't need to be a 200lbs jacked up moster to look good)

I look basically as lean and vascular as you (sorry if it isn't you, idk) in that pic and I'm a good 25lbs heavier and yet I only look slightly bigger..

Let us start with where you are. Why are you so concerned with misc standards about where you should end up? Where do YOU want to end up? You want to end up at 175LBS? Awesome. Do it. You need to gain fifteen. Do you have a plan to do this with as much of it as possible being muscle? If you are indeed a total noob and are indeed seventeen yes you can have a SPECTACULAR first year of lifting like amazing and you dont need to dirty bulk and you dont need to get fat. You DO need to eat a few hundred calories above maintenence paying special attention to your peri workout nutrition. You DO need to pick a good starting program and get serious about actually doing it.
