6'1, 175lbs my ideal physique - why the **** would I "bulk" LOL

Started at 114 pounds, made 132 my first goal... 154... 165... 170 now. If you asked me 3 years ago what 'perfect' would be, I'd say 165. I don't even know anymore. Now I dream about 180.

Was 10X before I ever lifted in high school. Made 125 with **** diet. Made a goal of 135. Reached that....

Going for 160 this summer.

I don't think that will be enough either.

Worth pointing out that for slaying bitches, 6-6'2 160-185 is about ideal. If you don't believe me, go to the Cosmo site. Find their galleries of the hottest guys. Maybe 1/20 strays over 190lbs. But that's not why were here ofc.

How your muscles actually look plays the biggest roll. I have friends that are 6'1 180lbs (with the same bf% as me) and they look like **** compared to me (srs, if you're genetically gifted with amazing insertions you don't need to be a 200lbs jacked up moster to look good)

I dropped down to 175 pounds, fuark I'm still too big
I dieted again till I was 160, a little too big. I had chicks left right and centre with how big I was.

If I cut to 175 right now id be around 8% and would be tiny as fuc. I already don't look like a I lift I can't imagine making that your goal. BTW your arms will more than likely be under 15inches at that weight.

misc standards are way too high in reality I have no reason to be 190lbs shredded 6% body fat. 6'1 175 is an athletic build in real life, serious. that's what I want.

Let us start with where you are. Why are you so concerned with misc standards about where you should end up? Where do YOU want to end up? You want to end up at 175LBS? Awesome. Do it. You need to gain fifteen. Do you have a plan to do this with as much of it as possible being muscle? If you are indeed a total noob and are indeed seventeen yes you can have a SPECTACULAR first year of lifting like amazing and you dont need to dirty bulk and you dont need to get fat. You DO need to eat a few hundred calories above maintenence paying special attention to your peri workout nutrition. You DO need to pick a good starting program and get serious about actually doing it.
