let's be serious, if I wanted to reach 175lbs from my current weight (160lbs) I wouldn't even to ****ing bulk would I? just lift weights and noob gains will get me to 175lbs while my bodyfat stays the same or decreases.

misc standards are way too high in reality I have no reason to be 190lbs shredded 6% body fat. 6'1 175 is an athletic build in real life, serious. that's what I want.

lol I was 160 8 months ago.. thought 190 would be perfect, currently just over 180... I don't even look i lift with clothes on.
edit: also 6.1 175 is small as fuq, I don't care how shredded you are, you're still small

I too thought 170 would be a good weight...
170 is small as phuck brah srs, 180 is also small as phuck.
190 is approaching an acceptable weight while 11-12% BF.

Chest hasn't even fully filled out yet
I was 150lbs about a year ago and thought putting on weight would make me look better.. But in all honesty I think most of the mass went to my legs and arms

If I cut to 175 right now id be around 8% and would be tiny as fuc. I already don't look like a I lift I can't imagine making that your goal. BTW your arms will more than likely be under 15inches at that weight.

Started at 114 pounds, made 132 my first goal... 154... 165... 170 now. If you asked me 3 years ago what 'perfect' would be, I'd say 165. I don't even know anymore. Now I dream about 180.
