Thumbs up SNI Pro Mass PM-1250 vs Optimum Pro Complex Gainer

The product has just come out and it looks interesting, I compared it to the Optimum Pro Complex Gainer. Just to help some people decide which one is best when it comes to amount of protein and carbs

This is a bit of math on this product :-

    SNI Pro Mass PM-1250:-

    Serving Size 6 Scoops(325g) = 50g of protein.

    325g / 6 scoops = 54.17g per scoop.

    50 / 6 = only 8.4g of protein in one scoop.

    So, 54.17g(one scoop) = 8.4g of protein.

    Pro Complex Gainer

    Serving Size 1 Heaping Scoop(165g) = 60g of protein.

if we compare the amount of protein and carbs per 54.17g for both gainers:

    Protein:-

    Pro Mass PM-1250: 54.17g(one scoop) = 8.4g of protein.
Pro Complex Gainer: 54.17g(32% of heaping scoop)= 19.2g of protein.

    Carbs:-

Pro Mass PM-1250: Total Carbohydrates(per 6 scoop): 250mg < notice its mg LOL. I am pretty sure they meant gram gram .
Pro Complex Gainer: Total Carbohydrate(per 1 heaping scoop): 85g

Lets compare it again using the 54.17g.

    Pro Mass PM-1250: 54.17g(one scoop) = 41.67g of carbs.
Pro Complex Gainer: 54.17g(32% of heaping scoop) = 27.2g of carbs.

    MY POINT:
    - If you are looking for a good amount of protein, the Pro Mass PM-1250 is not the best option, good carbs complex yes, but a very little amount of protein.

    Sweet.

Buy protein powder and make your own gainer using the powder, milk, oats, pb, honey, fruit, etc.. and tailor to your own macro needs.

    Problem solved.

    Profit

As a university student, i always struggled with these methods. I actually tried them but i had no time to do it every once in a while. Good tip for those who can do it though!
