    Losing fat

Im 15 and I went from weighing 215 to 185-190 range and now It seens as if I still have the same size stomach and man-boobs I'm just wondering how to get rid of my stomach and tone my chest. as of now i lift weights, I workout about 4 times a week weight training and I'm on a diet.
