    Some thought for motivation

In 2009 i weighed in 250lbs. That changed last year when i lost 55lbs, my waist size 33inches, i had all the motivation in the world, i was almost at my goal of 190lbs, and it seemed like i couldnt keep the babes off me. Now ive been in a relationship for 7 months now, ive gained back just about every pound i lost, i binge eat myself broke, my tits sweat when i see a meixcan resturant, i huff and puff going up the stairs, and im fatter than an ass in a sir mix alot video. Its time to hit the iron and strap on my running shoes if they fit. Has anyone gone through this up and down phase before?

yea bro. I had surgery for a hernia repair and was on a leave of absence for about 6 months.

I made it my duty to go back to work skinnier and cut. When I finally did, people were making jokes about how i came back "slim and trim" and asking me what did I do to lose all the weight. Feltdamngoodman.jpg

But fast forward a year and a half later, now that ive fallen back into the flow of things. Ive resorted back to all my old habits and have picked up the weight again. It sucks! I hate habits and addictions. Once you've really picked up something, its hard to just drop it and stop doing it.

Ive been eating fast food and greasy food all of my life. So when I stop eating it, I feel hungry and start craving it like a fiend on crack.
