    It's possible to gain 6kg of muscle in two months, even with newb gains? Mind = blown



    I've always been under the impressions that you can expect those kind of muscle gains over a year, and Harley isn't that much of a newb

    4 months between the two (before i lifted vs lifting)... i exploited my nub gains mercilessly (luckily i started from day one with someone who knew what they were doing)

    75-90kg in that period

    i dont look bigger have probs gained a inch on my waist so not even mad

    and as empeh says a lot of it is water weight i could drop like 3-4kg overnight if i wanted to

    i think alot of people take the "being made of rubber" aspect of being in their teens/20s for granted

    dont want to end up like bb09, even though hes barely 30, where you're beat to **** and cant progress
