I'm trying to get my body fat percentage down below 10% ideally. I'm at about 12-13 now according to my scale at home. Is diet key or should I try to add more cardio to get that "ripped" look

Getting to a lower body fat % has a lot to do with proper dieting. Some people are big advocates of cardio/running but I don't enjoy that much. Create a calorie deficit and obviously eat clean (there are a lot of good articles here message me for the diet I use when I want to cut down) and youre bound to be successful... Assuming you've got a good training program, too. Hope this helps!
