dont flame me until you try it:
if your diet is in check then this wont hurt you; get some coke c2, the low carb low calorie crap...mix it with VANILLA protein, any brand will work. it will not have to be blended or used in a shaker. the coke somehow desolves the protein and makes it go down smoothe and taste great. give it a try. i usually take my muscle milk with skim milk, natty pb, one banana, oats, and amino fuel. then after my workout i use 100% whey vanilla with coke. havent tried this with chocolate protein but im sure it wouldnt taste too good. hope this helps.Detailed fat loss journal:
