    OP are you gonna post our ending gains at the end of summer in the original post? I think it'd be pretty motivational, and nice to see everyone's individual gains compared along side others. Also when it's over we can discuss the training programs that had the most effect, diets that worked best ect.

    rather, I've been thinking that we should go ahead and get a competition going in tmisc. It could be similar to last summer's comp. We'd need a lot of people to organize it though.

    Had a beauty bi's/tri's workout today. During bb curls, I felt a slight pain in the back of my forearm, really odd. It has been worse the last few workouts but got a lot better today. So, I was lifting a lot heavier than previous arm workouts and got a beauty pump. The last 2 weeks, my pump has been at 13" for biceps (lulz) and today it was 14"..

    Reps around for finally hitting 14" at 14 Y/O. Pumped doe.....

    Also, I just switched to sumo deadlifting, it's much easier to keep tight form imo.

    I can still manage the 30+ mins. of cardio everyday, but the diet w. the supplements is killing me >_<

    That was meant to say 155 but I just got done with basketball at the time so it was pretty easy to start gaining muscle since I just finished a sport where I only ran and barely lifted. And alot of the weight was in my legs
