OP are you gonna post our ending gains at the end of summer in the original post? I think it'd be pretty motivational, and nice to see everyone's individual gains compared along side others. Also when it's over we can discuss the training programs that had the most effect, diets that worked best ect.

Late but In? Lmao. My goal is to be bulking from :145 @ 5'9 to 165 @ 5'9..
Currently around 11% Bf..
My lifts .....sigh......:
Bench : 100 x5
Deadlift : 145 x ?? Too light, will buy more plates soon to truly test my deadlift
Squat : ???
Bent over rows: 105

Hey guys I'm new to the forum... actually this is my first post! I've been lifting seriously for a little over a year now and will be bulking during the summer. Here are my stats:
Current Weight: 165
Goal Weight: 180
BF: somewhere between 12% and 16%
Lifts:
Bench: 240x1
Squat: 325x1
Power Clean: 225x1

Had a beauty bi's/tri's workout today. During bb curls, I felt a slight pain in the back of my forearm, really odd. It has been worse the last few workouts but got a lot better today. So, I was lifting a lot heavier than previous arm workouts and got a beauty pump. The last 2 weeks, my pump has been at 13" for biceps (lulz) and today it was 14"..
Reps around for finally hitting 14" at 14 Y/O. Pumped doe.....

What's up guys. Little update. Weighin in at ~190 this morning. Going to go for a 315 bench within next 2 weeks. Feeling really good.

Start:
6'1"
150 lbs, 13.5% bf
Bar curls: 50x8
Bench: 95x6
Shoulder press: 25x6
Deadlifts: 95x8
Leg press: 45x8 (45 on each side)
French press: 32.5x8
After:
6'1"
170, 6.5% bf
Bar curls: 70x6
Bench: 135x6
Shoulder press: 37.5x8
Deadlifts: 225x12
Leg press: 135x15 (135 each side)
French press: 47.5x8
That's after about 3 1/2 months with two total weeks off so about 3 working months. Still bulking goal is to get up to 190!
