    What age are you at your physical peak?

    26 imo.

    My long term goal is to bulk to 200 under 16%BF then shred to 185 and bulk to 210 and shred to 190, rinse and repeat until I hit my genetic limit.

    I've only been lifting since October so 6 years in I think I'll reach my natty limit.

    IMO, male fitness models peak in their late 20's. Bodybuilders seem to peak in their early 30's.

    Athletes usually peak around 28-29ish before slowly starting to decline. Aesthetic peak is probably a couple years earlier

    Some athletes peak at 22-24ish (RB's). Some peak way beyond that (pitchers).
