1. Eat lots of red meat, Eggs and Olive oil. HDL cholesterol is the absolute best thing for test in the world. Cholesterol is necessary to create test in your balls in the presence of LH (Leutinizing Hormone)by leydig cells.

High COX-2 levels are associated with increased chance of certain cancers, specifically gastric cancer. Fatty acids bind to COX-2 sites, inhibiting its production. More fatty acids = less COX-2 = Less chance of cancer.

Bonus Ragin87 Theory: Im a firm believer that the rapid increase in a lot of mental illnesses in the past 20 years is due to excessive masturbation. Low dopamine levels are a result of high prolactin because they are inversely proportional. (Dopamine and Testosterone go together and Estrogen and Prolactin go together). With excessive masturbation you build up your prolactin levels which is why I believe that procrastination is directly correlated with excessive masturbation. You didn't see the amount of procrastination and uselessness 50 years ago that you see today. With the increasing availability of porn in the past 20 years the rise of masturbation has taken place. 3. If you've been an excessive fapper for many years, theres a good chance your prolactin levels are much higher then a male should be. Testosterone is inversely proportional to prolactin, so it couldn't hurt to start riding a bike twice a week at high speeds because when you pedal a bike you put stress on your body to create more testosterone.

Disregard studies, call it broscience. And no, they are ****ed because you go to an extremely high level and they crash instantly. As long as you dont reach orgasm they will slowly go down to a lower level.
Still applies, the problem is with orgasm. Yes the same thing still happens if you blow your load during sex. Mentally I assume its probably better but physically the same thing happens.

You don't have to eat red meat. You can eat chicken. Just eat the skin (where the fat is - that's where cholesterol is found)
OP, I've heard all this before; however, not climaxing during sex or fapping is not sustainable. The best method is to regulate how often you do these things. If you're a foreveralone, Fap like once or twice a week.
