    Help! Skinny/Fat 168Ibl 5'11 - Should I cut or bulk? (Pics included)

    I'm unsure of my body fat % but hopefully the pics would give an general idea.

    I'm just bloody sick of looking the way I am, ideally would like to be about 185 and 10% b.f. At the moment I guess I'm skinny fat, though I see myself as fat, I've got fat around the lower chest and lower back which is really stubborn and I hate I'm unsure whether to start off by cutting or bulking;

    Cutting: I know I don't have much muscle mass, but I just want to feel good and lean. If I cut first won't I be able to maintain a fairly lean look even during bulking?

    Bulking: The other side of it is that I feel small and weak, I'd like to put on some mass and just look abit more..well more of a man i guess haha.

    So much conflicting advice I just don't know which to do. Please someone put me out of my misery!

    yeahh buddy, just don't ****ing puss out and think you're getting too fat during it or something, if you know it REALLY is too much after a week or two, cut calories like 200. don't cut

    and i don't like the term skinny-fat, that's BS, don't look at yourself as fat at all because you're not. i think that kind of stuff leads to eating disorders and body dysphormia or however you spell it.. i went through it bro, feelsbadman.jpg
