I got it from bicep curls last month, and I already been to the doctor and he told me to use Ice/Heating pad/Take advil twice a day/Rest.. But I'm asking if there's any sort of exercises yall can show me. I did some research and found out that it is common for bodybuilders to get this and I'm sure many people on these forums have/had it.. Summers coming up and I gotta get back into lifting ;P

It might also being caused by other things such as too much typing, too much using of a mouse, etc...
If I recall correctly, it is usually an inflammation of some soft tissu in your wrist that compress some nerves.
I dont know any exercises tha could help you. I think the best way to get rid of this is to rest.
Dont push through pain. Take some advil to stop the inflammation. You might need to reduce the time you are on computer (or use the opposite hand to control the mouse or type with 1 hand).
Omega 3 helps to control the inflammatory system. Maybe an increase in fish/olive oil/canola oil consumption might help.☆ ☆ QUEBEC CREW ☆ ☆

I suffer from the same problem, if i do straight barbell curl my wrist will be useless for days. I also have very small wrist, i uses ez for all the curl/skullcrusher but even with ez bar the pain is still there but not too bad.
I've just learn to get used to the pain since it isn't too bad, switch to using the ez bar on all your curl exercise and it will help.
