I did find a chipotle ground beef recipe but it does pack a few carbs because of the tomato sauce.
1 1/4 lbs lean ground beef
2 chipotle chiles in adobo, diced finely
1 cup tomato sauce
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 cup diced onion
1 tablespoon chili powder
salt, to taste
Does anyone have anything that may top this or any of your favorites?

I make ground turkey tacos, and I always use this for my seasoning...also works for chicken breast for chicken fajitas:
2 teaspoons chili powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/4 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon cilantro
that's usually good for 6-8 oz of ground turkey, so you can obviously adjust the spices accordingly. Tastes just like a taco mix but very low sodium.
