Have to agree with this. By 4 weeks, you should be nearly ready. Are you doing men's physique or bodybuilding?

I don't have a set program for training, just started taking fat burners and just got a new diet wich I lost 10 pounds in the last 5 days, I only decided on saturday that I would try it out (Men's physique) I know short notice for compeeting. also I was on pace for doing a full marathon 6 days prior but I'm only going to do half marathon cause I know my energy stores will be low by then.

You should hold Off on competing and save your money for when you'll be competitive. Put all your effort into it and see how things work out for you then.

Like others said, you are behind schedule. But F it, go for the learning experience. You wont place, but you'll learn alot from the other guys and what those judges look for, etc.
