So far so good. But I think you can do better. What program are you on?
I don't have a set program for training, just started taking fat burners and just got a new diet wich I lost 10 pounds in the last 5 days, I only decided on saturday that I would try it out (Men's physique) I know short notice for compeeting. also I was on pace for doing a full marathon 6 days prior but I'm only going to do half marathon cause I know my energy stores will be low by then.
