    Coffee during peak week

Just wondering if coffee during peak week was OK if not any reason why?

I think coffee is discouraged since it is a diuretic, but I drank it during peak week and looked and felt great. Of course my water intake was above 2 gallons a day too, so I was very lean and well hydrated. I also used sugar free gum, and no bad effects to report. Next time i say use coffee and gum moderately, see if it makes any difference. We all react differently and at least you are using things your body is already used to processing...

There are somethings that really aren't going to make any difference whatsoever. I knew a guy who didn't brush his teeth the last 2 days before a show so he wouldn't absorb any sodium from the toothpaste.

Go have a cup of coffee and chew some sugar-free gum.
