Hello ppl i want to share my cutting results progress, before i started bodybuilding i was 79 kg (note i was 64kg before i got that fat 5 years ago), since last month i was 74 kg till last month i hadn't take any weight loss supplements i started taking Animal Cuts since 3 days and the results 0.5 kg loss per day with a good diet regime.
i always do 30 mins cardio per day + 5 mins bicycle.
This photo taken today my jeans used to fit last month.
My bodyfat was 18.7% when i was 75 kg can someone please estimate what is my current BF% too ?
Edit: now i am now less than 65 kg sorry forget to mention
Excellent progress, keep it up. But I need to tell you based on my experiences that you need to make sure you get enough protein even if you are cutting, because it minimizes muscle loss.
Also .5 KG per day is way way way too fast, everything is better done gradually at a steady pace to give the body time to adjust.
