    Good job man, what was your routine like? Heavy weights low reps? Or do u aim for 8-12 reps. How many sets per muscle ? I usually do 16 sets and I dont seem to grow very well but I gain weight n take plenty of protein. Thinkin my routine is the problem , I want my **** to bulge out like yours

    Thanks and I like doing 12 sets for the reps then 2nd set I like doing 8 sets and so on I love doing drop sets as well. I eat a lot of protein I eat about 3 pounds of turkey alone in 1 day not including my fish and chicken

    Don't bash! and thanks everyone for the comments. i can't wait until i cut. photo shoots all sumer long, will be my first cut ever in my bodybuilding career so we will see how i look. hoping my guns stay above 18 inches... my routines are always different depending on how i feel. i don't go based off anything just what my body can handle that certain day. i'm very picky on my workouts and i do everything to its fullest.
