OK, last week I had to take it easy and do lighter weight due to a minor injury (pulled muscle in my arm). This week I'm back to my normal training, and I seem to be a bit weaker. Not by much, just a rep or 2 max for each exercise. For example, today on my incline bench I could only manage to do sets of 8 and 6, where 2 weeks ago I did the same weight sets of 9 and 7. Maybe I did too much for my warmup weight? I don't know. I've noticed the same trend in a few other exercises...almost all of them actually, except for lower body.
Is this normal? Should I be worried? What do I do?

Not nearly as much as your writing problem. What exactly is the writing problem you're having? You got weaker in some indescribable way ... and ... so... eh.... Your entire way of describing things is... non-existent... but you're blaming me for your own way of being stupid. Nice. Now think about what you're describing here, you stupid ****, then relate that back up to what the original question.

Like, yeah man, perhaps you could learn to write, like a cogent question, man. What was yer problem again? You're weaker and you're wondering. But you're too stupid to provide anything about routine and diet that would assist in providing a big picture analysis. Your inability to provide any insight precludes an ability to provide insight. How's your answering to the question going so far? Is that like, mang, really working out for you?

You mean, like could the OP write something in the OP that could be coherently understood in the English language, so as to better ascertain his apparent issues, and derive an improved solution?
I'm not inclined to do his "lazy work" for him -- would you like to do that, JPJ? Looking forward to your re-write. He oughta just "put up" something that makes sense, but I'll settle for yours, since you're putting it out as the go-to writing guru.

Diet is clean. I am not gaining weight, no. I'm trying to lose fat. I sleep 8 to 9 hours a night. I pulled or strained my lower bicep. Couldn't bend or straighten my arm without pain for a few days.
If all he wanted was more info, why not just say so? Why the need to act like a pompous, know-it-all, *******?
