losing energy at gym, calorie deficit but not sure if I need to be doing this?
Hi,
Just looking for some advice, I am 26 years old, about 178 pounds (not too sure about pounds but im around 12 stone) and im 5 foot 8. Just over a week ago I had my body fat measured at 20%. Since then I have weight trained 4-5 times a week and fitted in some light cardio. I definatly see my upper body shaping out especially shoulders and traps.
I am eating at a calorie deficit as my original goal was to lose some fat and get to around 10-15% bf before I then train to gain muscle properly. Is this the correct way to do it? Or should I eat more now and keep building muscle before I try and lose the fat?
I take protein shakes, multi-vitamin, cod liver oil, jack3d pre-workout (occasionally) and I am now wanting to go back to creatine (i took this before when I was at the gym, 2 years ago, ive since rejoined). I saw brilliant gains on Creatine in Strength and on the way my body looked.
If you have any advice for me that would be great, thanks
