    Depends on intensity. If you can do sustained running, it can burn a good number of calories per hour. LISS, however, is borderline useless in the grand scheme of things. After I subtract my BMR, I only burn like 50 cals per mile of walking.

    Most important thing is to keep your calories in check while cutting. Cardio can be used as a tool to keep your calorie deficit in check but not necessary if you're controlling your diet.
