    what supplements should i be taking?

    I am 19 years old, 6'3, and around 185lbs. I have a slim/fit build and am looking to trim down body fat and gain muscle, which is probably everyones goal! I run 3-5 times a week and also hit the gym at least 3 times a week. I know how to work out but the one thing that I lack is proper education on supplements and nutrition. My goal is to be as cut as possible while still maintaining solid muscle definition. I have been searching for a good pre work, thermogenic, and protein. What should I be taking?

    You can't "trim down body fat and gain muscle" at the same time. Decide on either bulking or cutting. It sounds like you need to get your nutrition/macros in check. I suggest reading these threads:
