    Exclamation Rate My New Bulking Diet: 4000 Calories, High Proteins, High Carbs

    Keep in mind, i'm lactose intolerant... so yea, this is lacking some good food sources

    But yea, here it is!

    Morning: 6 eggs, 1 cup of OJ, Banana, 2 Servings of Kix Cereal (in water for me), 2 scoops of egg protein shake, 2 Fish Oil supplements, 5grams of Creatine

    Lunch: Denty Moore Can, 2 servings of Nut Thins (they're chips)

    Dinner: Chicken Breasts, Rice, Mixed Vegetables

    Nightfast: Canned Chicken, Kidney Beans, 1 Scoop of Egg Protein Shake

    Snacks: PB+J Sammich, Apple, 2 tbs of Honey


    ***Total: 4000+ calories, 294.5 grams of protein, 395 grams of carbs, 90.5 grams of fat***

    Well from what I've been told, for putting on muscle you want somewhere from 1.5x to 2x your own bodyweight in grams of protein, so around 300 is fine for me and fits somewhere in the middle, and I don't mind taking that chance since I'm bulking.

    And for the carbs part.... eh? Idk lol

    That's way easier than a high cal bulk. I had to eat about 4k cals on workout days (like OP) when bulking. Now my cutting cals are 3k.
