Two trainers with different opinions?? Hellpppppp

So I am training for a bikini competition in July and am currently working with two trainers. One is gene dekker. He is very experienced and many of his competitors win over all or first but he doesn't know bikini very well. One is kayce Gorman who competes In figure and fitness and says she has had success with training woman for bikini. But they both have completely different diets for me and he hits the weights hard an she does more plyo. She wants me to lean out now and chane toward end I needed...he wants me to do it slowly so it's not a struggle to maintain until show time. I need some outside advice. He has me cycling carbs is that good for bikini prep? I am already down to 12% bf and lowering slowly . As gene wants it ..but kayce wants to speed it up? Any advice? I have until July 20th

    Thumbs up

My biggest advice would to be put your backing into only one qualified individual/plan otherwise you are sure to sabotage yourself. There are different ways to reach the end result, but you must stick to one. Hope this helps and Best Wishes!

I agree with 970Muscle. First off you want someone who is expereinced in bikini. Even though similar they are different. Posing is much different and diet as well. I compete in bikini and body fat% is much different. Judges want to see firm muscles but soft curves not edgy. They dont want to see such little fat that you washboard abs. They are looking for the 4 pack. My suggestion is go with someone who has experience with bikini and to stick with that single trainer. Another thing to inform you of posing is soooo important. You may have the body of a God but if you don't have stage performance you wont place. Practice practice practice.
