i have shock therapy coming tomorow in the mail ( cant wait )
my friend was telling me to just get muscle pharm combat instead of torrent due to taste and well it is protein but he didnt know about torrent

Universal Nutrition
Torrent would cover everything you need post workout, you don't need additional protein

You can use xtend/atomic 7 as an intra if you are working out fasted or on a diet..
Every time you stay out late...
Every time you sleep in...
Every time you miss a workout...
Every time you don't give 100%...
You make it that much easier for me to beat you...

T-zero is newer than Regular torrent, and like they said just without the carbs, Most people use BCAAS for fasted training/running and may not be needed during inrta.

There's no waxy maize because that falls under the category of "added carbs." I wouldn't be overly concerned with the extra calories in the regular Torrent. The rest of your diet is going to have a much greater impact on whether you lose weight or not. Remember you must burn 3500 Calories to lose one pound, so the extra 200 Calories between Torrent and Torrent zero is 1/17 of a pound. I used the regular Torrent in the past and really liked it. However, I'm not sure I like the idea of trying to stimulate insulin secretion (by using high glycemic index sugars) over the long haul, however, especially if you're overweight, so I might change out to a straight protein isolate/blend every few months.

which one would u recommend to purchase?

Team En Fuego
Whey Protein is used to meet your daily intake requirement along with food, not only after your workout.
Get your diet in check first; if you haven't.
Xtend is an intraworkout BCAA product with added extras, may aid with recovery, endurance and minimize muscle loss during calorie deficit, its a great product but i would recommend working on your diet/training first to get the most out of supps.

I think there are a number of great products out right now, so I'm not sure which I would necessarily say is best, but I've used ON Hydrobuilder and Gaspari Myofusion (both are blends) recently and liked them both. Heard good things about Dymatize Iso-100 (isolate). You can always check out the "Supplement Wars" section of the forum for some of the newer stuff. I'm not sure I know enough about the whey blend vs. isolate argument enough to have much input there.
