Injured wrists sharp shooting pain when I spot and Bicep curl
Do the wrist supports help a lot are they worth the money I have sharp pain when I spot my mate on bench press it's really aches and sharpshooting pain when I let go of the bar, did Biceps today and it was annoying because I couldn't lift to my potential and it ached is this due to my recent poor form or is it muscle growing. ?
It goes from my wrists all the way through my forearms but it aches mainly up my wrist
Any tips or advice ?

Big. Meaty. Claws.
Barbell bicep curls place the wrists in an unnatural fixed form. They do give wrist pain. Try EZ bar?
I'm 18 and I know everything there is to know about everything. Stay back.

Sounds more like tendonitis to me. (Have had this)
You get a shooting pain going up through the inside of your forearm? - Tendonitis (More than likely)
How I got rid of it, stopped doing the excercises that aggravated it (For me - Bicep Curls, Preacher Curl etc) and made sure I warmed my wrists and forearms up for every workout.
Then, when I went back to doing those excercises, I significantly dropped the weight, focused on form for a bit and slowly upped the weight. I would give it a good week or two of low weight, form and higher reps though.
It went right away for me, has never returned and it really helped my improve my overall form.

Wrist wraps won't help with tendonitis. If it hurts that bad you should see the trainer at your school, or a doctor. Surprisingly there are hardly any doctors that browse the teen bb forums.
Progress/Goals
Bench Press: 285lbs/315lbs
Arms: 16.5in./18in
Squat: 345lbs/405lbs
Deadlift: 455lbs/495lbs

TBH it sounds like you're just hoping it's not an injury. Everybody runs into injurys at points in their training and the last thing you want to do is ignore it.
Either take action in healing it (As I stated) or go see a doctor.

I used to have the same problem. Start strengthening your forearms and wrists. That's what helped for me.

Fulking ATM
I had this recently, don't go to a doctor cause they will tell you to rest, ice compress elevate. They will make you take pain relievers, NSAIDs, none of that shiit works. It may for some, but I paid 20 dollars for an online e book on tendonitis. It was 60 pages of bs and 1 page of greatness.
Get bucket of cold water and dip your whole forearm into it for 10 seconds as repeat once every 5 mins for an hour a day, dony lift for a week, do this for a week, guarantee you it won't hurt anymore.
Goals:
2.5x bw deadlift []
2x bw squat []
1.5x bw bench press []
1.5x bw row []
1x bw overhead press []
