Need some help. Bulking macro splits

Im like 5'8 163 probably looking at like 14-15% bf. I used to be 170 12% but ive been hurt and busy the past year so i havent had a consistent schedule for lifting. So now im trying to gain as much weight as i can these next 3-4 weeks and then im just gonna cut
so basically im eating about 3000-3300 calories a day. im a pretty experience lifter. Since ive been hurt a lot this past year ive been reading a lot on it and on nutrition.

    45% carbs 394g
    30% protein 263g
    25% fat 97g

    any tips/suggestions would be great.

    Thank you!!

    Define 'experienced lifter'.

Also it's pointless to bulk for 3-4 weeks.
You may put on .5-1lb (max) of muscle mass, the rest will be fat gains.

Don't use pre-set ratios for your macros.

    Protein : .6-.8g/lb
    Fat : .5g/lb
Carbs : As you prefer in your remaining caloric budget

'experience lifter' as in ive been doing this for a few years now, ive learned a lot whether it be from pros, amateurs, friends, that have been doing it for a long time as well. I know what im doing when i workout.

And dont u think that protein intake is way too low. I know its not really worth bulking for such little time, but id rather go over on the calories right now than under.
