    Red face All Maintenance calorie intake calculators all give me different answers?!

    I am trying to create a bulking diet but first I need to work out my Maintenance calorie intake...However i have tried about 6 different calculators and i can't seem to find one that properly works for me....
    Here are my stats:

    Age: 15.5 Yrs
    Height: 5 ft 9in (169 cm)
    Weight: 61kg (135ibs)
    Training: 5 days a week.

    Im really struggling, could someone please help me out? Thanks everyone

    None of them is 100% accurate. You have to track your progress weekly and adjust from there.

    I legit went by what Layne said in that simple shredded article:

    Mesomorphs – bodyweight x 15.
    Ectomorphs – bodyweight x 16-17.
    Endomorphs – bodyweight x 13-14.

    And then adjust it depending on results (OBV). My only problem is that bf% isn't included ^

    Using ****totypes.. not sure if srs.

    Not to mention 2 in 10 000 people are pure ectomorphs.

    Also worth mentioning that endomorphs(fat ****s) and mesomorphs(muscular) have more LBM and are heavier, therefore burn more on a daily basis.

    ****totypes are just ridiculous..

    You mad I used Layne's calculations and came up with the same RMR as I did when I used other calculators?
