honeslty i recon u got a pretty good height and u've built some serious mass.
heck u don't even really need to cut, i'm the same height as u and if i had ur physique i'd have no problem going shirtless all day at the beach.
anyway if ur cutting, i think u have no where to rush at all with the cut, take it slow cuz right now ur definitely cut enough to go shirtless.
p.s. i think u wrote somewhere that ur 1.90m ? that's actually 6'2.75", pretty much 6'3"...

You aren't THAT fat, your hips are approximately 37/38 inches and could get to 36 when you get shredded so don't count a lot on that.
Wide hips are gonna wide hips nothing you can do about it brah except for surgery.
And honestly your hips are probably even bigger than that given how wide they are compared to your 'enormous 68' inch shoulders.
Just hit lats and chest hard and don't squat as much for a better v-taper.
