Dried creatine is milled into fine powder for improved bioavailability.

200 mesh seems to be pretty standard and is called micronized.

I'm just seeing if it's better then Creapure

I bought a pack of micronized creatine, and it just doesnt blend into water, when i drink my shaker empty, theres always plenty of creatine on the bottom... and yes i use plenty of water

I put 5g creapure into an egg cup, pour it into my mouth and then just drink water. Mixing it takes the piss, cba with that.
